The holiday season (Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa and New Year’s) is sure to be a busy time at MeowInn and here are the guidelines and tips as you begin to make your plans.

How soon should I book for the holidays this year?
As soon as you are sure of your plans. The earlier, the better, but make sure you’re reasonably certain of your dates.

Is there a deposit required?
Yes, for stays commencing in November and December will require a 50% deposit to be paid to secure the reservation. You will have 48 hours from the time you receive your booking confirmation with the secure, easy payment link inside to pay the deposit. Should the deposit not be paid inside that 48-hour window, the booking will be cancelled. The deposit will be applied to your cat’s stay.

Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, for certain time periods. For stays beginning November 19 through November 27, a three-night minimum stay will need to be booked. In December, stays commencing the 17th through the 31st also will require a minimum stay of three nights.

What if I need to cancel my booking before it starts? Is my deposit returned?
If you cancel prior to 72 hours of your check-in time, we will return your deposit. Anytime after that, you forfeit your deposit.

What if my plans changed and I want to check-in a day late or checkout a day or so early ?
That policy remains unchanged per your signed contract.
PAY FOR WHAT YOU BOOK — You are welcome to drop off your cat late or pick up early, but there are no refunds or credits. We commit the time, space and resources to you and your pet. We hope you understand the value of that and appreciate that we may have had to decline other bookings in order to fully serve your needs.
